and a stricter protocol might be
necessary as well as the joining
of all industrial nations.
5.Developing nations that do not have the assets to help their people, nor the infrastructure to combat certain problems like water shortages.

7.If we stopped to day to produce any Green House gases the effects would continue to worsen for many decades if not centuries, if we do not reduce the destruction soon the planet could become un-save-able.
